“Have new Samsung 43" Smart TV. Also have a builtin sound system. When I watch live TV, sound comes through my speakers. When I switch to Netflix, only get sound through TV - not speakers. How can I correct? Thanks.”

Ts Netflix available directly through your TV? Or does it come in through Roku or Apple TV? If it comes in directly through your TV: This is why you connect this cable as a audio return to your sound system, Set the input on your receiver to Audio 1 and it should work If it comes in through Roku or Apple TV. You will need to input an HDMI cable into your sound system and do the input through whatever HDMI input you connected it through.
