QuestionHow do I fix the tilt on my DX-HTVMM1703-C Full Motion? The tv tilts forward ard.

- Answer There are two aircraft nuts on the center bracket on the backside of this mount. These two nuts tightens up the curved slip plate. If the TV is already mounted, you need to pull the TV out as far as it will go to get behind there and tighten up these two nuts with a socket wrench using a 1/2" socket. The two nuts will be the two in the middle of the center plate horizontal to each other.

- Answer It depends is it a small box like a geni client (direct tv) if it is yes you can hide it easily behind the tv. If it is a Dvr I wouldn’t recommend mounting it vertical becouse of the hard drive in it. You will have to also do a reset every now and then on the dvr when it messes up.

- Answer The mount comes with 3 sizes of rubber spacers or washers to place between the TV and the mount, making it conducive to curved TV’S. I”m not sure if the spacer are going to cover the mount space for your brand. Worked for our LG.

- Answer Most likely the remote is a defect, I have no problem, try with a universal remote to see if this resolves the problem, if it does then the original remote is a defect. I hope this helps.

- Answer As long as the TV's VESA mounting pattern is supported by the mount and it is below the weight capacity, it will be compatible.

- Answer I am not sure but it is a very sturdy and solid mount and says it should easily support TV set up to 75" screen size. I have 50" Toshiba TV but it is on the heavier side - no issues whatsoever.

QuestionCan this mount work on brick wall. Bought a mount once before and after reading instructions said do not mount on brick wall.

- Answer Most TV mounts say they don't but that is because they don't come with the correct hardware to install into brick. Mounting to brick usually requires a hammer drill, screw bolts, possible anchors, and washers. Also, I would say the bolts need to be at least 2 1/2 inches in the brick to make the mount real solid.
