QuestionWhat are the dimensions of the wall bracket - the portion that secures to the wall? Specifically, how wide is the bracket (longest dimension) and how far apart are the fastener holes/slots? I did not find this model on the dynes web site.

Questioni can not seem to move this wall mount freely. its hard to push back and bring it forward. i get alot of resistance even after loosing the tension a bit. how can i adjust it so it can move more freely?

- Answer Just spray it with a little wd40 and work it a few times With a big enough TV on it...it should losen

QuestionFor those that are flooding the question box with "will it work with my TV?"... 2 things to check. 1.) Is there screw holes to mount the bracket at the center of the back of your TV? 2.) Is your TV 47"-75"? If both positive, 99% chance you're good to go!

QuestionAm I missing something? The parts that mount to the back of the tv seem to be two different parts. Only one fits on the mount securely, the other seems to be about a half inch to big. By to big, I means the space between the “hooks” is too big.

- Answer Normally both TV brackets should be the same dimension. If you feel different, you can tighten the safe bolts based on the step 6 of the user manual. David M. - Dynex Support

QuestionWhat size screws come with this mount? My husband and I recently bought a home that has anchors already in place in brick for a TV mount. We recently purchased a mount that we had to return because the screws wouldn’t fit the anchors in our wall!

- Answer Yes, I believe so. Vertical spacing of the mount is controlled by the holes in the metal plates. The horizontal spacing is completely adaptable to your TV. I have a Samsung 4K HDTV with VESA 400x400 which it fits no problem.
