QuestionIs the mount ok for the newest sony tv 65 inch Sony Xbr 65 x900f ..? Does it stay flat on the wall or it sits with a tilt ? How far does it extend out ?

- Answer The mount does tilt horizontally, and also extends to a good distance. All you have to do is make sure it’s level so you don’t get thrown off by it looking crooked on the wall (level is provided). And what I had to also do is extend one side out from the wall a little and mark where I would drill holes into the wall, just cause it wasn’t very accessible for where the holes had to go. MAKE SURE that it’s mounted on the studs in the wall so it’s secure.

QuestionHELP bought this just 15months ago. We started to notice the the TV kept tilting down and we try to tilt back up and it just falls. Went behind to discover the screw tabs are bending, the screw is tilted and I AM EXTREMELY WORRIED MY TV WILL FALL !

- Answer I installed it with my 65 LG OLED C7, no problems. Be warned the mount is a little stiff and you need to be careful when adjusting a thin TV such as an OLED on it. I believe any mount that is capable handling a 65 inch TV will suffice.

QuestionWe’ve installed this mount, but even when loosening the screws to move the mount it is still incredibly tight. Is there a trick to easily adjust the mount with out have to use body weight on the bracket behind the tv??

- Answer To adjust the arm's tension (to make the arm easier to move), loosen the tension screws with an Allen wrench.
