short answer is yes, there are multiple ways to accomplish this. the first and most direct way is to plug a 3.5mm JACK AUDIO STEREO Male/ Male CABLE more commonly known as an AUX or auxiliary cable into the PC audio in slot. (note you may have to have the TV on the PC input mode to hear it The other way(s) would be to hook something else up to your TV (if you have an xbox/googleTV or some other thing that has internet capabilities and can set up a media streaming link such as windows media center or apple TV. and simply link up your computer with the itunes songs and play using your TVs speakers. hope this helps
