You may need to change the settings of your cable box or DVD player. DVD players in particular will output a 480 signal. If you have an upconvert player, you can change it to 720p or 1080p to get a superior picture. If comparable settings are not available with your current cable box, you may need to consult your provider for further assistance.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On my Dish satellite receiver box, I had to change its output settings from 480 to 1080, even though it is an HD box, the setting is manual. If you have an HD cable box, then there may be a setting in it.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You Need An HDMI Cable To Be Able To Get The Full 1080p Resolution, Your Cable Box Also Has To Be An HD Receiver. You Can't Achieve A 1080p Resolution Using Traditional Cables, You Need An HDMI and HDMI Devices.
