“My converter wont work When I switch my device to converter and plug it in the light is supposed to go off indicating that the device is ready to output 120V. However, it still shines. I'm worried I might break my US electornics. Help!”

If the light on the unit is not turning off to indicate it is supplying 120v when it is plugged into a 230V outlet, you will want to take this unit to Best Buy for review if within warranty period..
