A:AnswerIt doesn't appear so. I didn't find anything on the package or cable stating that it's Mifi certified. However, it works just fine with my mother in law's iPhone 6 and my 10.5 iPad pro without any issues or prompts saying that it isn't Mifi certified.
A:AnswerYes this will work with the iPhone 5. Keep in mind this is just the cable though. If he needs a new wall plug too, you’ll have to get that separately.
A:AnswerNo but if you have headphones that have the standard Aux type tip versus the flat one ( like iPhone charger) there’s an adapter you can buy that’s let’s you charge and lister to music simultaneously. Costs about $10
A:AnswerIf you are looking for just a cord and not the actual wall plug too, this will work great. If you need the plug as well, I recommend picking up the matching Dynex one on here with this. Together they work just as well as their Apple counterparts!
