• A:Answer It's only a few inches, 8.5 x 11 won't fit unless folded. It'll shred credit cards

• A:Answer You would have to fold your 8 1/2 paper in half. Would say 4in. Yes it shreds credit cards but it seems the credit card will mess it up faster. It gets stuck

• A:Answer The power cord it about 3 ft. long. Estimate of 10 envelops or 10 sheets of paper before I would need to empty but I empty it before the bin gets full as I don't want the paper to get jammed in it.
