QuestionWhy does is not fully charge an iPhone 6 Plus?I fully charge the unit, but it repeatedly does not charge more than 20-25% before it shuts off. Is that all it charges for an iPhone 6 Plus? What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

- Answer I am Not sure if this makes any difference but I charge mine on my husband's desktop computer. I receive a full charge and then I'm abel to bring my samsung galaxy from 4% to 100%. However when I have charged it on my laptop and put it away; not sure if it was just sitting too long or the laptop doesn't charge it fully, but I did not get a full charge on my samsung doing that.

- Answer I am not sure what your question is, but the port is most likely a micro USB port. By the way, I purchased one of these chargers a while back and was not impressed with it.

- Answer You don't have to. Any usb cable with a micro usb will work. I plugged the wide usb side into my electrical outlet adapter to charge it since they don't supply a wall charger and had no problems. I think it may be small for the sake of convenience. At this point though if you don't already have an available usb/micro cable. You may want to just buy a new one.

- Answer It depends on the battery's capacity, but most will give at least 1.5 phone charges on a full battery pack, in my experience.
