Did you click the mic on {there is a switch on the base of the microphone stand} - and/or set it as default in the Control Panel/Speakers or Devices {depending on what program you are using}?
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This microphone has a on off switch that is not obvious. It took me a minute to figure out why this microphone did not work when I first plugged in. You also need to adjust the sound level with the nob on the base.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, the mic is plug and play. If y6ou have access to another computer, I would recommend plugging it in and trying on that one. If it doesn't work, then return it to the store under warranty.
