I gave her my old Dell computer, and the microphone, must be going out.I can't hear my fiance, but she can hear me.I bought this at Best Buy, and the sales lady told me if that is the case; more likely the audio is going out (not the driver) she said. So according what she described, I guess she can just plug into her computer, and it automatically takes over, make it like a default, is this correct?”

• Leif, I am using the Dynex USB microphone with Windows 7. After installing the drivers you need to go to your "Control Panel" and click on "Hardware and Sound". Then from the "Sound" selection click on "Manage audio devices". In the pop up window click on "Recording" and you should see an icon for the DYNEX USB Device. Set this as the default and your fiancé should be able to speak to you.
