• it should, it's a standard mouse. So long as the Acer supports external devices you're fine

• Yes, if your Chromebook has a USB port then this (plug and play) mouse should work with no problems. Just plug it in and it'll install itself.

• If your Chrome Book has a standard USB port then yes! You can use a wireless mouse too. You won't get the advanced functionality that only a manufacturers install software package provides but it covers the basics!
