Hi! yes, this is the newest one and it is not fake. It’s very nice and works very well. It is a game changer, considering you don’t have to keep changing out the barrels

This single bi-directional barrel replaces the two single directional barrels from the original airwrap models. It’s awesome, though the plastic still feels cheap compared to the high quality of the airwrap dryer handle itself.
