Generally, Dyson products, such as the Airwrap hair styler, are designed specifically for the countries where they are sold and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet another country's electrical code and laws.
In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed, which is not recommended by Dyson as this could damage the unit and void the warranty.

A:AnswerDon’t dry your hair completely, start with damp hair and spray some volumizing spray like the Oribe Volumizing Spray on sections and try it. If that doesn’t work, do the crown and bang part of your hair with the round brush attachment curling outwards
