- Answer Hello Happy, This is Miella from Dyson. As we test the the Dyson Airwrap™ styler on multiple hair types and lengths, it truly depends on your needs as to which model would be a better fit. The Volume+Shape is ideal for adding volume to find, flat hair. It includes the 1.2 inch barrels for curls and waves, a smoothing brush for a blow dry finish and a volumizing brush for body/shape. The manual includes basic maintenance and instructions, but we have a support hub on Dyson.com that provides tips for use of the specific attachments. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support

- Answer This product comes with a dryer attachment that you use before styling. I would not use it as a stand-alone hair dryer though.

- Answer Some older outlets only have 2 small slots plus the ground slot and most new plugs have a larger slot and smaller slot (with or without a ground)... Is this the problem?

- Answer The additional attachments can be purchased from the Dyson website, and you can typically find them being sold by other customers who dont need that attachment because it doesnt do much for their hair type.

QuestionWhat is the difference between the Volum + Shape stylerfor fine, flat hair versus for all hair types? Are there just additional accessory brushes in the all hair types? Or are there other differences?

- Answer Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to help with this. The difference between the Dyson Airwrap™ models are the tools that are included with each. The Complete model will include the 1.2" Airwrap barrels, 1.6" Airwrap barrels, firm smoothing brush, soft smoothing brush, round volumizing brush, and the pre-styling dryer. The Volume + Shape model includes the 1.2" barrels, soft smoothing brush, round volumizing brush and the pre-styling dryer. Finally, the Smooth + Control model will include the 1.2" barrels, 1.6" barrels, firm smoothing brush and the pre-styling dryer. Each comes with the storage case and non-slip mat as well. QuestionIs dyson ariwrap working overseas?

- Answer Hello Hend, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

- Answer If you go to Best Buy"s web page and scroll down towards the end you will see Best Buy Return & Exchange. Click on that and you will see their return policy which covers open box and restocking fee.
