Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We're happy to help with this. The difference between the Dyson Airwrap™ models are the tools that are included with each. The Complete model will include the 1.2" Airwrap barrels, 1.6" Airwrap barrels, firm smoothing brush, soft smoothing brush, round volumizing brush, and the pre-styling dryer. The Volume + Shape model includes the 1.2" barrels, soft smoothing brush, round volumizing brush and the pre-styling dryer. Finally, the Smooth + Control model will include the 1.2" barrels, 1.6" barrels, firm smoothing brush and the pre-styling dryer. Each comes with the storage case and non-slip mat as well.
