• It will push air, or heat air. But it doesn't not have a way to cool air. Typically fans can reduce the perceived temperature by 4 degrees.

• It blow cold air but you can change it to blow hot air.

• Both! There is a temperature control option for heat. For cooling I would say it mostly just moves the air, it doesn't generate conditioned air. However, that air circulation can really make a difference.

• It heats and cools. It's not A/C for cooling....just a fan. Might be good for a tiny room. Returned mine. VERY disappointed in item and way overpriced. It's very small and cheaply made as well especially for the price tag. Hope this helps.
