“I have this vacuum. Just got it. It will NOT vacuum my bedroom carpet. It is very high and thick. What do I do? My son in law tried to use it in there, he had to use both arms and struggle to push/pull. (he is 6'2' and 200#) Very upsetting. HELP!”
