• A:Answer Hi Sharon. It's Vince with Dyson. The DC65 was recently renamed to the Dyson Ball Multi-Floor. Improvements were made to maneuverability and direct drive cleaner head. Q: QuestionHow do you reset the roller blade if it got caught up in plastic and is not rolling? Thank you!

• A:Answer It personally never happened to me but if it had it's rather easy to remove the roller without the use of any tools. It's pretty straight forward. If you put the vacuum backwards laying it on its handle you simply pull the two clear tab's on the back side of the roller encashment Which dislocates the roller. If you want to take it a step further it's probably better to remove the head of roller by locating a plastic c-clip on the neck of the vacuum right where the vacuum pivits and just clean the whole thing. It takes about 10 seconds to remove the head. When reinstalling it remember you can put the red c- clip on the removed part before putting it back together, it will snap back on without messing with it later.

Q: QuestionI have a Dyson Ball multifloor vacuum (yellow). I have read where it says that you do not have to do anything to change it from carpets to hard floors, but on rugs, which is just like a carpet, it is very hard to pull or push. Am I doing something wrong

• A:Answer It is a different type of vacuum but works very well. The suction is great on pet fur. Vacuuming is faster because you do not need to do a double pass on areas you already vacuumed. It is harder to maneuver at first and standing it upright is also a challenge at first. I do not recommend it for individuals who may have physical challenges. I'm glad I purchased it!
