Hi there, this is Krystal with Dyson. Dyson machines are intended for use in the country they are purchased in. Therefore, this machine will operate on 110-120 voltage. Our machines are not multil-voltage and power converters should not be used. Best Wishes, Krystal Dyson Customer Service
