“I purchased this vacuum and while I absolutely love it... it seems to “hold” the pet odor so when used again, I get the nice fresh smell that no one wants. HOW does one clean it so the odor comes out of it?”

Take the screws off of the ball to reveal the filter. Each side has one. I just poured baking soda and blew it out with a compressor.

If you are experiencing pet odors with the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball Animal upright vacuum cleaner, we recommend cleaning your cyclone. When you empty the clear dust bin, you can separate the bin and cyclone. It's easiest to use a brush tool from your vacuum to brush away any excess dirt on the cyclone's outside, and you can use a can of compressed air to assist in blowing away any dirt stuck inside.
