- Answer Mine came with a 5-year warranty in the package although the website said 3 years. I registered on dyson for the 5.

QuestionI ordered this online and picked up at Best Buy in store. First all the accessories listed are NOT included With vac. . It did not have the wand nor the motorized brush.....Second the description reads the cord automatically rewinds. It does NOT.

- Answer Hello Ryno, this is Kelly with Dyson. the Dyson Cinetic Big Ball upright vacuum cleaner features a self-adjusting cleaner head. The cleaner head automatically raises and lowers to seal in suction across all floors.
