Q: Questionmy air purifier isn't oscillating, I have not opened up the base where the filter is, do I need to open up the base and do something to make it oscillate?

• A:Answer By default, and after a power outage, the unit won't oscillate. To turn it on look on your remote control unit. It looks like two triangles back to back. Press it once while the unit is on and filtering air. That should start it moving. You don't have to open the filter area to do this. You should verify that the filter cage is closed and tight since it might impact operations like oscillation. Good luck!
