“Will is work with medium to high ply carpet? Can I move it along as I carpet clean that type of ply carpet?”

• Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Dyson cord-free machines feature adjustable suction power, making them ideal for homes with thicker carpeting. The Dyson V10 Animal has a torque drive cleaner head which includes a suction control lever in the cleaner head. • yes. I have a super shag rug and picks up great. just use it on the lowest suction mode and wide open and it picks up great.. that was the issue we were having as well no other products did it but this one its worth the money
