Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. We are happy to help with this. All V10 Dyson cord-free machines offer the same 3 suction modes and performance. The difference among them will be variances in the tools that come with each machine. The V10 Animal Pro will come with your dusting brush, crevice tool, combination tool, mini motorized tool, as well as 2 cleaner heads: the torque drive and the soft roller head. Generally, the only model that includes the soft roller is the Absolute, however as this is a Pro model it does come with that head. The Animal Pro is also a store-exclusive machine, and not one carried on the Dyson website. The Absolute comes with the same tools; so they are indeed, the same model, based on attachments/tools.
