• It comes with a plastic thing you can attach to a wall and the plug just fits in a hole in the plastic thing which stabilizes the plug so when you hang the vacuum up to it.. The plug is forced into charge hole. If you don't use the plastic thing you can just plug the plug into the vacuum.

• It comes with a wall charger. The docking station I think you're referring to is more of a wall mount - you still need to plug the charger in, at least with the model I bought from BB.

• The docking station is included. Before I mounted, I just sat the docking station on the floor to charge. However, you do not need the docking station to charge, as you are still able to plug directly into any outlet as well.

• I can verify that the DC 44 comes with the wall-mounted charger base. I just bought mine a few weeks back and I have it mounted to my wall.
