• Mine lasted 6 months before the notification to change it came on. I have 4 dogs, 3 large and one small.

• I have a dog and live in a small one bedroom apartment and have mine running 24/7 and mine needs to be replaced once every 4-6 months.

• Company says 12 months. That my experience with the previous filter type. I recently purchased this updated version, but it should be the same.
