Dyson cordless vacuums typically do not come fully charged out of the box and may require a full charge before first use. It usually takes about 3 to 5 hours to fully charge the battery. If you have had the vacuum charging for 15 minutes and do not see any indication that it is charging, please ensure that the vacuum is properly connected to the charger and that the charger is plugged into a working outlet.
