Hello Romy, this is Kelly with Dyson. You are correct; the only difference is attachments. All Outsize vacuums will provide the same run time and suction power, along with overall performance. Outsize+ includes: Laser Slim Fluffy head, extra wide XL Motorbar cleaner head, a hair screw tool, combination tool, crevice tool, mini soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush and an extra battery and charger. This allows you to have up to 2 hours of run time to clean your whole home in just one cleaning session. Outsize Total Clean comes with a high torque XL cleaner head, hair screw tool, crevice tool, stubborn dirt brush, soft dusting brush, light pipe crevice tool, combination tool and a low reach adaptor.
