QuestionI believe the only difference between the Dyson Outsize+ and the Best Buy Dyson Outsize Total Clean is the attachments. Is that correct, and if so, what attachments come with each model? Thanks

- Answer Hello Romy, this is Kelly with Dyson. You are correct; the only difference is attachments. All Outsize vacuums will provide the same run time and suction power, along with overall performance. Outsize+ includes: Laser Slim Fluffy head, extra wide XL Motorbar cleaner head, a hair screw tool, combination tool, crevice tool, mini soft dusting brush, stubborn dirt brush and an extra battery and charger. This allows you to have up to 2 hours of run time to clean your whole home in just one cleaning session. Outsize Total Clean comes with a high torque XL cleaner head, hair screw tool, crevice tool, stubborn dirt brush, soft dusting brush, light pipe crevice tool, combination tool and a low reach adaptor. QuestionI clean houses, is the charger able to come with or does it need to be mounted to the wall?, how long does it take to charge

- Answer When you first get it, it takes 4 hours to charge. It does not need to be mounted but can if you want. It comes with two batteries and two chargers.

- Answer It hold a lot of dirt! And there's a red lever you push to empty the tank. There are 2 batteries and 2 chargers in the box!

QuestionHello! I own a previous version of a Dyson and it comes with a 100-220 volts charger. I understand this is not the case for the outsize model? Is there any model that comes with feature?

- Answer Hello Maria, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson Outsize and all other cord-free machines purchased in the US, will have a charger for use here in the US with 110/120V electrical outlets. If you wish to use the machine outside of the country, where the electrical voltage is different, you can purchase a separate charger intended for use in that specific country. - Answer 1. 30 minutes plus 2. $50 however 2 are included so you will not need a replacement for years 3 Yes super easy
