• Hello Nastya, this is Kelly with Dyson. You should be ok to charge your Outsize+ in a 220V outlet. However, if you're relocating permanently to another country that uses 220V electricity, we would suggest replacing your charger to ensure there are no issues. Using a Dyson in an outlet outside of the electrical voltage in the country where it was purchased can damage the machine. We also do not suggest or recommend the use of an adaptor.
