Q: QuestionHow many square feet does the heater function cover?
Asked by ConcernedCustomer.
- A:Answer Hi there, this is Tia from Dyson. The Dyson purifier fans will clean the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For instance in a room of 139 square feet, the machine will purify the room in 25 minutes. Thanks for supporting Dyson! Best wishes, Tia Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionDoes this model support 5.0ghz wifi? I'm using a google wifi system with dual-band and couldn't get it to work with an older Dyson fan because it only supports 2.4ghz wifi. I want to figure out if this model will support the setup. Thanks!

- A:Answer It does not know how to have the router pick to right one. You will have to call your provider and the can split the band. You’ll be down for about half hour and then need to reset all your connections. It’s a mess! Come on Dyson please provide an app update!

- A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Our Purifier Hot + Cool is a high powered device and you'll want to plug this into an outlet where you do not have other high powered appliances, to avoid a circuit overload. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
