A:AnswerComes with one year warranty. You have to go through Dyson to redeem it though. Dyson was able to send me a new machine after mine broke within three months.

I need some clarification on this please. It clearly states on the return policy that refurbished items are eligible for return. So if I purchased this item for $400 and it doesn't work the only thing I can do is try to warranty this? I can't return it? It does clearly state in the policy that you can return within 60 days.
