Q: QuestionI bought the Dyson Airwrap styler in Portugal (220-240V) two months ago and now I’m in U.S.A (110-120V) and it doesn’t work by using a regular travel voltage converter. Which option does I have to make it work? Any suggestion?

Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support

Q: QuestionI got my Dyson Airwrap in Bangkok and I use it in Malaysia. I clean the filter weekly but the device still stops working regularly, the worst part is sometimes when it stops working I will just leave it for awhile and now totally can’t on. Pls advice.

Q: QuestionI live on the windward side of an island - often very humid (100% humidity last week for a solid week, for example) for several days and of course, salty ocean air. I'm wondering how well the electronics of this hairdryer would hold up here.
