A:AnswerDon't know about your situation but my first one was through Dyson, who offered the carrier/holder. My second was through Best Buy and the package did not include the holder. That's when I realized rhat I had probably gotten the extras as a bonus for buying through Dyson.

A:AnswerYes, it will work on all types of hair. Doesn’t have that “violent” amount of forced air like every other hairdryer. More of a well thought out precision machine. You’ll love it. It compares to nothing.
A:AnswerSeems like all come with the accessories but only the blue one comes with the case at this moment. We bought the blue and the case came with it. Previously only a pink version was the one that came with the case (i think).
A:AnswerJust the nozzle (maybe 2- for straightening styles- and i think) one diffuser type attachment. I don’t recall exactly as i returned it. But i believe there were 3 nozzle/drying attachments.
