Q: QuestionHello- I have a small condo that is about 850 SF. Would this work to purify the air for my entire home, assuming I place in the center of my home and leave bedroom doors open?

We test our purifiers in a room of 291 square feet and take measurements to ensure the whole room has reached a clean level before our Auto mode stops the machine running. Q: QuestionDoes the Dyson - TP04 Pure Cool Tower 800 Sq. Ft. Air Purifier remove dust that accumulates on furniture. Does this system help reduce having to dust to floors and other areas of the home. Also how many normal size rooms cover 800 Sq, feet.

The Dyson TP04 Pure Cool tower air purifier features a 360° sealed HEPA and activated charcoal filters are designed to remove gases and capture 99.97% of microscopic allergens and pollutants as small as 0.3 microns, including bacteria, mold, dust, odors from cooking, scented candles and car exhausts. In terms of square footage of coverage, our purifier fans will clean the air in any size room. The bigger the room, the longer the machine will take to purify it as there is more air in the atmosphere. For instance in a room of 139ft², the machine will purify the room in 25 min. Q: Questionwould this unit be helpful on an open air covered porch to keep bugs away? Would filter clog quickly if used out of doors?

• A:Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson air purifiers would not project anything into the air that would repel bugs or insects. We wouldn't typically recommend using an air purifier outdoors; if using on a covered porch or patio, you may benefit from the airflow that the machine puts out, but it wouldn't perform well in terms of purifying your outdoor air. • A:Answer The WiFi is how the unit gets local air quality data and weather data. The unit tracks your indoor air quality and the temperature and humidity. You can see how the outside air quality and weather affects your indoor air. Also when you set it up using the app it automatically registers your unit. You can use the app to control the unit. The app has more controls than the remote. It also trends your air quality data.

• A:Answer Hello, This is Miella from Dyson. Dyson machines are made for the country it is intended to be used in. The Dyson TP04 is 110-120v and is not multi-voltage. Using a converter will cause power issues and void the warranty. One of the reasons for advising against the use of machine outside of the country that they are sold in is that the machines are tested and certified to meet that countries regulations and requirements. For example a US machine is tested and certified to UL, ETL and FCC regulations to ensure that it is fit for retail. In the UK this would be BEAB, BS, IEC and CE, Canada CSA and so on. Each country has its own rules and regulations. We do not guarantee that a machine used outside of the country it is sold in meets all of the requirements of the second country. Per the owner's manual it explains not to use internationally to avoid impact to the warranty, as we are unable to ship internationally and each region has very specific conditions. They purify the air in the same was, as all of the other air purifiers in our product line, but this model will capture AND destroy all formaldehyde in the air. Q: QuestionDoes this model include a remote? The comparison specs have a dash. The photos show a remote. The photo of the remote has an auto button. Is this like the HP04 Auto? Does it have a timer? How does the ionizing work?

• A:Answer It does include a physical remote. You can also download the app and use it as a remote on your phone. It has all the setting in the original remote. It includes an auto setting, On/Off, fan speed, oscillation, timer, night mode and air-flow direction.
