“Have you had any reports of damage or scratching to engineered wood flooring? The manufacturer of my flooring says to not use bristle rollers on the flooring. I have seen some Dyson models have a soft roller. Is that recommended? Thank you.”

Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. While we didn't make a soft roller head specific to the V11, the soft roller we carry for the V10 will fit/connect to your V11. We aren't able to make guarantees specific to your flooring, but if your manufacturer does NOT recommend using a brush bar, we would recommend that soft roller, as the brush bar cannot be disabled on our cord-free machines.
