Kelly, you have said this several times. But many customers have posted actual photos of the V11 Origin with the click in battery removed, and they say that they have multiple batteries. Have you verified your information? Your statements conflict with all other customer photos on this website.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hello Scott, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V11 Outsize vacuums do feature the click-in battery, which can be easily swapped out. The V11 Origin, V11 Animal and V11 Torque Drive do not support this, as those all have our older screw-in battery. The Outsize is the only model we have, thus far, with the click-in batteries.
