“What exactly does 90 day guarantee mean? Does it mean up to and including the 90th day, if I am unhappy with vacuum for ANY reason whatsoever I can return it to Best Buy for a full refund? Is there a restocking fee? Do I need original packaging?”

In Best buy you have 14 days to return it, 30 days for elite members and 45 for elite plus members. You no need the original package. You will have a full refund with no restocking fee.
