“I have a model from a few years ago that only runs for 15-20 min & the biggest drawback for me is the run time. I know there are newer models, but that doesn't solve the problem. When will Dyson sell a version that has a plug in battery like a drill does?”

It's time to replace the batteries!!! Look online for videos to replace batteries for your specific Dyson. It's easy if you have ever taken things apart before.
