“I have a Dyson v11 Torque drive that won't do anything. When plugged in the blue lights show up on the battery like its full but then you unplug it and turn it on and hold the trigger and and the lights light up but no power or noise or anything.”

My Dyson V11 also has some issue with the trigger not working. I have reached out to Dyson support (I'm under warranty) but this is what they told me: The information provided does indicate that you will need replacement Main body and Cyclone for your machine. The replacement for your machine is currently out of stock and we do not have a date of when it will be back in stock. I don't think they will honor their own warranty.
