“Is the dyson v11 from the US dual voltage? I plan to purchase one and take with me overseas where it’s 220. If not dual voltage, will a converter work? If so, what’s the ideal converter to consider?”

Dyson products are designed specifically for the countries in which they are made for and sold in, and machines manufactured for the United States are designed solely for 110-120v electricity. It is because of this fact that we are unable to have the machine converted to meet the specific country electrical code and laws. In order to use the machine in a different country a power converter would be needed. However, we do not recommend using a converter, as the unit will not perform at the normal expected life of a Dyson product. Please be aware that use of your machine outside of the country which it was purchased may void your warranty.
