The V11 has removable battery

Hi Shelley, this is Kelly with Dyson. The battery for the V11 Torque Drive is held in place with tiny screws. It can be removed, if the need ever arises. Our newest model, the V11 Outsize, does feature a removable, click-in battery. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
