A:AnswerIt only works with the yellow and purple roller attachment piece. If you’re not using that piece it doesn’t work. My opinion I don’t think it needs replaced unless it’s a feature you really like. It doesn’t affect the function of the vaccum. It’s more of a satisfying feature.
A:AnswerMake sure the contacts are clean and properly attached. Also make sure the battery isn’t low or completely depleted. Contact Dyson warranty or BestBuy directly if that doesn’t work. Do not wait too long or you’ll miss your refund/replacement period.
