“I like this vacuum so much! did my stairs (carpet). it costed me $400 plus tax sadly within under a year, it stopped working altogether. I did not buy warranty and have not kept my receipt, would the company help fix or replace or did I just waste $450?”

I would most definitely contact Dyson.

Dyson is able to pull up by serial nbr. Also they have a 2 year warranty on it.

Mr dyson will give ya another. No warranty on stuff this expensive means anything. If they want to sellem they will stand by it ..
