“We have a V6 Absolute (Max?). I presume the pet one. The carpet head works fine for our laminate flooring and low pile carpet . However for the last 6 months the head quits turning regularly. Is there a procedure to troubleshoot and repair?”

There are Dyson repair shops and my brush issue would cost $279 to fix

Dyson cleaner heads do feature a sensor inside of the brush motor which is designed to stop the brush from spinning if too much tension is felt on the motor.
