- Answer Hello John, This is Dan with Dyson. The V6 Motorhead comes with a direct-drive cleanerhead that offers about 75% more power than this V6 variant. For this reason, the V6 Motorhead is more suited for households that are mostly carpeted or feature higher pile carpeting. Best wishes, Dan

QuestionDoes this vacuum include the hand-held configuration, because the advertisement picture suggests so however one of the questions-answer in the blog here indicates that this version does not include the hand-held configuration? Help please.

- Answer It becomes hand held once you remove the long wand tube on it, which just clicks off. After reading what you said I just looked at mine and attached the crevice tool to it .It does become hand held

QuestionIt’s pulsating even after I make sure there’s no obstructions sometimes. That problem is new. The huge issue is the battery is only lasting like a minute. And it’s always on the charger. I did super love love this vacuum. Thank you for the response.

QuestionI want to keep it hung up in my closet. Is that possible since there isn't an outlet in there? Is the charger detachable to plug in elsewhere? I'm a little confused how this works. It says it has to be charged when not being used.
