Hello there, this is Kelly with Dyson. The Dyson V7 Fluffy features our soft roller cleaner head, which was engineered specifically for bare floors. If you're looking for a machine that features this soft roller for bare floors, plus our direct-drive head with spinning brush bar for carpeting, the Absolute model would be the most beneficial, as it includes both heads in the box.
