This model will include the mini motorized head, which is very useful for picking up pet hair from furniture, stairs, your automobile, etc. You also have two suction modes and run time of up to 30 minutes, so it's ideal for quick pick-up jobs in the home. - Answer Hello Daisy, this is Kelly with Dyson. Dyson V6 attachments would not fit on to the Dyson V7 machines, without the use of an adaptor. V7 and newer models feature our red-tabbed quick release attachments. Anything motorized from a V6 including the floor tool, and also the wand, would not fit on a handheld model. - Answer Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. Great question! Our Dyson V7 Trigger is a handheld machine; it will include our mini motorized tool, making it ideal for vacuuming furniture, stairs, hard-to-reach areas and also for use in your vehicle. This machine does not come with, nor is it compatible with our wand and floor tool. Our V7 and V8 Absolute models are full-size cord-free machines. They will include a wand and floor tool, which can be removed to convert the machine to a handheld. The Absolute is also the best cord-free for homes with both carpeting and bare floors. The Absolute will include 2 floor tools: a direct-drive head with a spinning brush bar and a soft roller head engineered specifically for use on bare floors. - Answer Pull the Purple Tab on top all the way up. You’ll feel several clicks until the bottom of the vacuum cylinder opens up. Definitely do it over a trash can.

QuestionThe vacuum I have tried to charge It worked just great the first three times I used it. Now it won’t charge. The lights blink for twenty seconds and go off. I’ll leave it charging for a few hours ( I think it is charging). but it never works Help

- Answer I have 6 dogs and use it in my car with the motorized head. It does the seats and floors. Use another tool to get in the corners. I stays full power until the charge runs out.
